For a teaser, this is horrible. It's even really poorly storyscripted together.

Style over substance. Okay, that's great. What we as an audince see? A helpless surrendered woman (With blades out of her arms, but we get a really helpless vibe out of her. She is not a villian, but a victim) in lengire being attacked by several swat members, and then killed execution style...

... and this is not what Cyberpunk is about. What the hell.

Look, I get this is suppose to be showing off what is suppose to be the police responding to a cyberpsychosis attack, but without the women showing that she has monstered out, the whole thing is wasted. All that it shows at this time is... well... really offensive.

I don't know what more I can say about this. What the heck were they thinking?
